Deployment instructions

Installation, configuration, integration setup, and day-2 operations for Serval self-hosting live in a password-protected area of this site. We share the password with customers and teams working with us through onboarding. Everything you need to evaluate Serval self-hosting is on this site — the Hybrid Self-Hosted overview, the BYOC on AWS overview and its prerequisites, and private network access options.

  • Existing customers: reach out to your Serval contact — your account executive, solutions engineer, or shared Slack Connect channel.
  • Evaluating Serval: email support@serval.com or reach out at serval.com/contact, and mention that you’re evaluating a self-hosted deployment.
