What the SailPoint integration enables
Which product should I connect?
Serval lists the two SailPoint products as separate integrations: find SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in your team’s integrations and click Connect on the one that matches your product.
If you are unsure which product your organization uses, check with your identity team. IdentityIQ is typically self-hosted, while Identity Security Cloud is accessed at
[tenant].identitynow.com.
