Serval now calls Teams Workspaces. Open the workspace menu in the sidebar and look under Shared workspaces to find the tickets, tools, and settings for IT, HR, Finance, and other functions. Your Workspace is the new name for Your Team in Settings.Your existing workspaces, memberships, permissions, and workflows continue to work as before.
