Clearer knowledge publish approvals

Open Knowledge → Approvals to set your team’s publishing default and review each knowledge base’s current approval requirement. The approval control now uses a dropdown with an explanation for each choice:
  • Use default replaces Inherit and follows the closest applicable rule, including future changes to it.
  • Require approval sets a review requirement for that scope.
  • Publish without approval replaces Not required and creates an explicit exception, even when a broader rule requires review.
The same choices appear in page version history and source settings. These rules control review before publishing; they do not change who can read or edit knowledge. Connected-source updates do not enter the publish approval queue.
