# SailPoint

> SailPoint is an identity security platform - Serval connects to both IdentityIQ (on-premises) and Identity Security Cloud, and this page helps you pick the right guide.

## About SailPoint

SailPoint is an identity security platform that helps organizations manage and govern access to applications and data. Serval supports two SailPoint products:

* **[IdentityIQ](/sections/integrations/sailpoint-identityiq)** - On-premises identity governance platform with SCIM API access
* **[Identity Security Cloud (ISC)](/sections/integrations/sailpoint-identitysc)** - Cloud-based identity security platform (formerly IdentityNow)

## What the SailPoint integration enables

## Which product should I connect?

Serval lists the two SailPoint products as separate integrations: find **SailPoint IdentityIQ** or **SailPoint Identity Security Cloud** in your team's integrations and click **Connect** on the one that matches your product.

If you are unsure which product your organization uses, check with your identity team. IdentityIQ is typically self-hosted, while Identity Security Cloud is accessed at `[tenant].identitynow.com`.
